Job Description
・Manage stock allocation from our own warehouse in Jakarta to company retail stores ・Place purchase orders to domestic manufacturers ・Issue purchase orders to Japan Headquarters and overseas manufacturers based on the sales plan ・Handle administrative tasks related to product supply operations ・Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Business level English (Speaking, Reading) ・Bachelor’s degree or above ・Having more than 3 years working experience and at least 1 year experience in product supply operations in the same industry (furniture, interior goods, or household products) ・Experience using Excel formulas for business purposes (VBA skills are a strong advantage) ・Japanese language ability or interest in working with a Japanese company.
