Job Description
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business plans for the projector category in alignment with regional and headquarters objectives. • Drive market expansion and revenue growth through vertical business management, channel strategy, and lead generation initiatives. • Oversee product lifecycle management, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional planning. • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign execution, and performance alignment. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals and maintain operational excellence. • Partner with sales teams to design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and brand visibility.
Job Requirement
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor) degree in any major with IPK at least 3,00 • Business level of English, able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is a plus • Minimum 5-8 years experiences in sales and product marketing leadership (Visual Instrument or Tech Industry) with current role as Manager or Senior Manager • Min 3 years in a supervisory role managing teams. • Min 3 years in B2B Business Setting. • Strong people management skills, with experience leading a diverse team of at least 5 individuals. • Demonstrated experience in engaging and communicating regularly with regional counterparts to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. ・Proficient in both PC and Mac, MS.
