Job Description
- Communicate with local and overseas vendors to request quotations, product specifications, samples, and supporting documents - Compare vendor offers on price, quality, and lead time to support purchasing decisions - Issue warehouse instruction orders for incoming and outgoing stock - Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system - Process purchase orders for internal operational needs as well as external client/project orders - Follow up with vendors to confirm order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time delivery - Build and maintain good working relationships with existing and new suppliers - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome - Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, supply chain or other relevant major - Business English proficiency - Proficient in Excel - Able to work in a team and detail-oriented
