◆ Support procurement process improvement activities such as purchasing processes, standard pricing, and system implementation ◆ Support purchasing activities for required parts Support approval and purchasing-related tasks together with local members ◆ Support supplier selection and procurement-related activities ※ Supplier selection and pricing negotiations are mainly handled by local members and management ◆ Support procurement schedule management ◆ Support delivery schedule confirmation and communication with suppliers for materials procured from Japan ◆ Support and coordinate with local staff members ◆ Coordinate with other departments and Japan headquarters when necessary ◆ Support supplier audits and communication activities
Job Requirement
◆ Experience in procurement / purchasing operations within the manufacturing industry ◆ Conversational English skills (able to communicate in daily work and internal discussions)
