Job Description
- Lead and manage the procurement process for materials and services related to MEP projects - Review and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure competitive pricing - Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with project requirements and schedules - Manage vendor qualification, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain strong supplier relationships - Review technical documents such as BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with specifications - Monitor purchasing budgets and support cost-control initiatives - Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual standards - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field - High conversational English or above - Min. 5 years of experience as MEP Procurement Assistant Manager / Jr. Manager in Construction, M&E, or EPC - Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, electrical, or plumbing systems for MEP projects - Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and material requirements - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and supplier evaluation experience - Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
