Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and annual operational plans aligned with company objectives. - Manage end-to-end procurement processes (PR, RFQ/RFP, evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance) ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness. - Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and performance management to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing. - Control and monitor procurement budget and operational costs, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-saving initiatives. - Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant procurement documentation, reporting, and data management for internal and external audits. - Coordinate cross-functionally with user departments to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement execution. - Identify and implement process improvements, including digitalization or system enhancements in procurement workflows. - Lead, develop, and manage the procurement team to achieve performance targets and improve capability.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics (Accounting/Management – preferably Accounting), or Civil Engineering ・Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing/Logistics, including CAPEX and OPEX projects ・Minimum 2 years of experience at Department Head/Manager level OR at least 4 years at Superintendent level (proven by employment certificates) ・Strong experience in end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management ・Fluent in English (both written and verbal) ・Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and adapting to digital/automation initiatives ・Strong understanding of procurement compliance, governance, and risk management ・Experience in forestry (HTI), plantation, or other large-scale industrial environments is preferable
