- Oversee daily operations of the production engineering department, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to production schedules - Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing processes and machinery performance - Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Prepare and manage budgets for production engineering projects - Collaborate with cross department such as Quality and maintenance - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Min Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering ・Min 4 years experience as production or processing engineering in automotive manufacture ・Have experience in sintering, cnc, stamping, etc ・Strong leadership, good communication and attention to details ・Willing to work in Cikarang
