Job Description
- Operate, monitor, and control press/stamping production processes in accordance with work standards and technical specifications. -Design and develop press dies using 2D and 3D design tools based on production requirements. -Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks) for die design, modification, and continuous improvement activities. -Analyze technical issues related to press machines and dies, and propose corrective and preventive actions. -Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. -Ensure production output meets quality, safety, and cost-efficiency standards. -Prepare technical reports related to press processes, die design, and production improvements. -Support continuous improvement initiatives within the press production area. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or any related major ・Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2) and conversational level of English ・Have 2 years of experience as press/ stamping staff in manufacture ・Have experience in CAD software and SolidWork
