Job Description
- Coordinate with HQ on technical updates, strategy, and implementation. - Provide technical training to regional engineers (printer operation, RIP software, color management, Adobe tools). - Support the sales team during the pre-sales process (requirements gathering, sample preparation, solution proposal). - Assist customers with pre-installation requirements (site layout, infrastructure, software setup). - Handle technical troubleshooting before and after installation. - Support marketing activities including demos, trade shows, and showroom operations. - Manage product demonstrations, evaluations, and sample production. - Evaluate new substrates and applications and document best practices. - Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and equipment providers. - Ensure smooth deployment and optimal performance of industrial inkjet solutions.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Textile Technology, Printing, or related field (IPK min 3.00) ・High-conversational level of English ・Minimum 2 years of experience in digital textile printing or pre-sales support. ・Familiar with textile production processes and machinery. ・Knowledge of RIP software, Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator), and color management. ・Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. ・Able to conduct product demos and explain technical solutions clearly. ・Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical proposals. ・Understanding of spectrophotometry is an advantage.
