Job Description
- Manage daily customs administrative activities related to Bonded Zone operations. - Prepare, submit, track, and ensure accuracy of customs documents, including PIB, PEB, BC 2.3, BC 2.6.1, BC 2.7, BC 2.6.2, BC 4.0, and other regulatory filings. - Ensure all Bonded Zone licenses, facility requirements, procedures, and reporting obligations comply with prevailing regulations. - Monitor and record the inbound and outbound movement of materials and finished goods, ensuring complete and valid documentation for all transactions. - Oversee customs clearance activities to support the timely release and delivery of goods. - Maintain accurate records of Bonded Zone inventory, utilization, and stock movement reports, supporting data integrity in operational systems. - Assist in customs inspections, authority inquiries, and data submissions, ensuring responsiveness and regulatory alignment. - Provide support for internal and external audits, including compliance reviews, customs assessments, and facility reporting verifications. - Serve as the primary operational liaison for Bonded Zone matters, coordinating with internal departments, logistics partners, forwarders, and customs brokers. - Contribute to continuous improvement of customs and Bonded Zone processes, progressively assuming task coordination and operational leadership responsibilities. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistics, International Trade, Customs or related fields ・Conversational of English ・Min 3-5 years of experience in customs operations, with direct exposure to Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) ・Must have PPJK certification and experience in Indonesian customs laws and Bonded Zone operational procedures ・Proven experience in managing customs documentation, facility reporting, audits, or compliance reviews within a Bonded Zone environment. ・Experience with customs digital platforms (CEISA) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications ・Effective communication and coordination skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
