Job Description
- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and production capacity - Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery - Monitor raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels - Ensure material availability for production and coordinate with Purchasing to prevent shortages - Track production progress and resolve scheduling or material-related issues - Prepare and maintain production planning, inventory, and delivery reports - Analyze production performance and recommend improvements to planning and inventory control processes - Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices - Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations - Other responsibilities assigned
Job Requirement
- Min. Diploma III in Engineering - Conversational English proficiency - Min. 2 years of experience in PPIC from Japanese Machinery Manufacturing Industry - Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning - Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing practices (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing) - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
