Job Description
- Manage inventory stock control effectively. - Issue, track, and manage production orders through a closed-loop process, including the preparation of Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). - Monitor inventory levels, set safety stock, and ensure timely material availability for production. - Track purchase orders and material arrivals, and resolve shortages, delays, or quality issues with suppliers or internal teams. - Monitor production progress and coordinate solutions for issues affecting production plans, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery. - Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP), finished goods, and key material inventory; conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation, and recommend optimization strategies for inventory turnover and storage costs. - Analyze production data and inventory reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments to align on material flow and production priorities. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics. - Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate with Expat for simple technical explanation). - Minimum 2 years as PPIC in a manufacturing company. - Experienced in preparing Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). - Responsible, detail oriented, proactive, and good teamwork ability.
