Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support and guide PPIC Supervisors to achieve OEE and SCP targets through effective production planning. - Review and update WI, SOP, PPIC master data, and related documents; prepare daily and weekly activity summaries. - Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the PPIC department. - Distribute and balance forecasted demand to prevent capacity shortages. - Update and present the weekly Capacity Plan. - Prepare and maintain the Master Production Schedule for all tooling and coordinate with PPIC Supervisors. - Control and monitor buffer stock inventory levels. - Develop and implement IoT-based processes to improve PPIC performance. - Oversee PPIC activities and reporting using Power BI. - Coordinate problem-solving with related departments on project status, new items, demand planning, handover progress, maintenance schedules, material availability, and mold readiness. - Review capacity and performance of Subcont Printing operations and suppliers. - Communicate order requirements and issues related to Subcont Printing. - Update training materials and provide knowledge transfer to PPIC team members. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar ・Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with European expatriates) ・Min. 3 years in Managerial level as PPIC Manager in manufacturing industry, experienced in using MES system, and doing planning, maintaining, monitoring, and reconciling production planning activities ・Good leadership skill, communication skill, problem solving skill, time management skill, and analytical skill
