Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and oversee the entire production planning process for C2B (Cutting, Stitching, Assembling, Packing, and Shipment Scheduling). - Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with factory capacity and shipment requirements. - Monitor C2B workflow to ensure smooth coordination between Production, Warehouse, QC, and PPC. - Analyze production capacity, manpower allocation, and material readiness to avoid bottlenecks and optimize throughput. - Track production progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines. - Maintain accurate data and reports on production performance, capacity planning, and material consumption. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support demand forecasting, order prioritization, and shipment planning. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, system efficiency, and workflow discipline. - Communicate with teams for order updates, production status, and planning alignment. - Ensure planning activities comply with factory standards, SOPs, and quality requirements. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient for technical communication with expats) ・Min. 7 year of experience as Production Planning in the footwear industry with at least 3 years of experience as Supervisor, skilled in production scheduling, capacity, production planning, and material coordination, proficient in production data analysis, MRP/ERP systems ・Good understanding of C2B workflow (cutting, stitching, assembling, packing, shipment scheduling) ・Strong leadership skill, good communication skill, proactive, responsible, detail oriented, organized, and result driven
