Job Description
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure production equipment operates efficiently and minimize downtime - Assist in troubleshooting machine and equipment issues and implement corrective actions - Support daily production activities by providing technical support to maintain stable production operations - Participate in Kaizen, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability - Prepare, update, and maintain engineering, maintenance, and production-related documents, including SOPs and work instructions - Support new model preparation, equipment setup, trial runs, and process validation for new product launches - Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Associate Degree (D3) in engineering related major - Basic level of English Proficiency - Min. 3 years of working experience in maintenance within the automotive manufacturing company - Strong understanding preventive & corrective maintenance and familiarity with Kaizen/5S & TPM - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Good analytical, communication, and team player
