Job Description
- Develop new business in freight forwarding and logistics
- Visit clients regularly to build and maintain relationships
- Provide tailored logistics solutions (air, sea, land, warehousing)
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and contracts per company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents for smooth operations
- Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales strategy
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field
- High conversational English or above
- Min. 3 years of Outer Sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air/Ocean), Shipping, or Export-Import industry
- Strong sales hunter mindset with proactive approach to business development
- Willing to make frequent visits or business trips outside Jakarta
