Job Description
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) to factory based on Sales Orders (SO) - Generate Delivery Orders (DO) upon SO completion - Coordinate with third-party vendors, factories, customers, and delivery service providers - Arrange sample board and wet sample requests; update the daily sample list report - Monitor production by forecasting orders and comparing them with current database - Request import prices from overseas office and calculate final buying price, including import charges - Cross-check invoices and payments in coordination with finance team - Prepare monthly reports using Excel (sourced from PO, SO, and invoice data) - Utilize Kintone to support logistics and administrative operations - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree graduate - High conversational English or above - Min. 2 years experience as Order Admin, Sales Admin, Logistics Admin, Business Admin, or Project Admin in Trading or Construction company
