- Have a bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of MEP experience - Experience in high rise buildings. - Experience as a Chief MEP in high rise buildings is much preferable. - Experience with MEP design works for office building, commercial facility and hotel. - Experience with construction management in electric power company or MEP sub-constructor
