Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee daily front-office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows - Do administration operations, including managing official correspondence, documentation, reports, and internal communications - Support Office set up including its system - Act as the main point of contact for internal and external parties to represent the company - Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and logistics (including accommodation, transportation, and relocation support) - Provide operational support by managing office supplies, vendor services, inter department communication, and assist management's agenda - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency (proficient in communicating with expats effectively regarding technical matters) ・Min. 3 years as Office Manager in a foreign company, experienced working with multinational expats, setting up new office, overseeing office operational, coordinating with various departments including logistics coordination, doing scheduling and setting up travel & accommodations ・Proficiency in using MS Office ・Good communication skill, able to work in a fast paced environment, proactive, able to keep confidential information, good interpersonal skill
