Job Description
- Accompany Japanese patients during their treatment at hospitals/clinics. - Interpret communication between patients and medical staff (doctors, nurses, hospital staff) from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa. - Assist patients in understanding medical procedures, diagnoses, treatments, and doctors’ instructions. - Provide basic nursing care in accordance with professional competence and hospital SOPs. - Monitor the patient’s condition and report any changes to the relevant medical personnel. - Assist with patients’ non-medical needs (administration, follow-up appointment scheduling, etc.) when necessary. - Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical conditions. - Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during their course of treatment. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・At least D3 in Nursing (NERS degree is preferred) ・Business level of Japanese similar to JLPT N2 or N1 level *JLPT N3 level is acceptable with long-term experience living in Japan (at least 5-6 years in Japan) ・Nurses from Japanese hospitals or nurses from nursing homes who have worked in Japan for at least 3 years, and 4 years as a caregiver. ・ Willing to work on a 24-hour standby/on-call based on Nurse On-Duty Schedule ・Physically and mentally healthy. ・Able to work under pressure and not easily stressed. ・Possess good communication skills, high empathy, and a professional attitude. ・Willing to work shifts and be on-call.
