Sales / Consultant ＊＊Work on solving clients’ organizational challenges＊＊ -Conduct new business development and client acquisition -Meetings in Japanese with Japanese clients -Identify organizational issues through employee surveys -Analyze strengths and weaknesses to discover and prioritize key challenges -Propose initiatives for organizational improvement -Provide ongoing support for implementing and driving organizational change -Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have a bachelor's degree (reputable university) ・Have Business-level Japanese skills (no need for certification) ・Have Business English skills ・Have working experience as sales or consulting handling the intangible products (1st priorioty) or HR in anhy industry more than 2 years ・Relate to company's philosophy ・Have working experience in a Japanese company/Japan is a big advantage
