Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans to closely align with the company’s business goals.
- Examine market trends, customer demands, and competitor actions to develop innovative and forward-thinking marketing approaches.
- Direct and coordinate promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives to strengthen brand presence and increase market share.
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities, assessing their effectiveness and making improvements as needed.
- Guide the team in designing and producing various promotional materials, including content, advertising scripts, digital media, and other marketing collateral.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with media outlets, advertising firms, PR agencies, and other external collaborators, while efficiently managing budgets and resources.
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
・High Conversational Mandarin level proficiency and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 6 years of experience as Marketing for FMCG (Food), especially in launching new brands with deep knowledge of marketing planning and promotional strategies across multiple channels
・Proficient in data analysis, market awareness, and creative problem-solving.
・Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proven track record in project management and leading teams.
