Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and run all company EHS programs according to group standards and regulations, including high-risk work controls, CSMS, machine guarding, spill prevention, environmental monitoring, BBS, internal audits, environmental permits, and legal compliance. Identify gaps and create improvement plans to fix weaknesses. - Plan and carry out practical safety campaigns across all sites. - Review EHS conditions at all Indonesia units, identify areas that need improvement, and develop clear and measurable action plans. - Lead safety culture programs such as BBS, audits, and special safety initiatives to prevent accidents. - Lead incident investigations, review reports, and share EHS alerts to avoid repeat incidents. - Track and evaluate incident data and environmental performance, and recommend realistic control and prevention measures. - Prepare detailed monthly EHS reports and submit them to Group management. - Develop and communicate accident prevention and environmental management programs to all employees. - Improve EHS skills and awareness of employees across all units through training and development. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or similar ・Business English proficiency (effective to communicate about technical issues with foreigners) ・Min. 5 years as EHS Manager with 10 years of EHS experience, from petrochemical/palm oil/oleochemical industries, experienced in EHS management systems & regulatory compliance, incident investigation & performance reporting, safety training & development ・Certified as IA Lead Auditor ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 ・Proficiency in MS Office and related technical system ・Willing to do business trips if needed ・Strong leadership, responsible, disciplined, good analytical thinking & problem solving ability, good time management, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
