Job Description
- Act as a liaison between Japanese expatriates and local employees, management, and external parties. - Manage expatriate related matters, including work permits, visas (KITAS), stay permits, reporting to relevant authorities, and related documentation. - Coordinate expatriate logistics, including housing arrangements, transportation, office facilities, and relocation support. - Provide interpretation and translation support (Japanese ⇔ Bahasa Indonesia / English) during meetings, discussions, and for official documents as required. - Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR administration. - Handle general affairs tasks, including office administration, vendor coordination, asset management, and facility-related matters. - Coordinate with government offices, consultants, and external vendors related to HRGA and expatriate matters. - Prepare reports and documentation related to HRGA and expatriate administration. - Perform other HRGA-related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
・Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or any related field ・High conversational level of Japanese (Preferable with JLPT N3) ・Have 1 year of experience HRGA with experience in handling expatriate documents, including work permits, visas and immigration processes ・Excellent communication, strong motivation, able to work independently. ・Proficient in Ms. Office
