Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Implement company direction for the yearly sales budget, breakdown into quarterly, monthly sales budget and to each product category and to each wholesales staff
・Analyze from overall sales situation, go deep down to each area analysis, each dealer analysis and even product analysis
・Propose sales program in related to implement on how to maintain the sales, increase the sales and has sustainable growth
・Make sales analysis report
・Work as team either inside sales team, educate and give direction to them based on each capability of the person
・Communicate to each dealer/partners who have various of profile
・Manage schedule in communicating with all dealers
・Motivate dealers in selling the products and get enough margin
・Make sure about competitor's strategy, and give analysis through SWOT and other methods
・Make a regular report about what happen in the market
・Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 4 years as Sales Assistant Manager in musical instrument or audio
・Good initiative, able to work in a team
・Good time management
