Job Description
[Outdoors] ・Visit customers' homes and explain moving services in Japanese, as well as confirm the amount of luggage. ・Visit customers' homes on moving day and give work instructions to workers while confirming with customers. ・Visit companies and introduce moving services. ・Travel to various locations in Indonesia and visit customers' homes. [Office] • Responding to emails from overseas (Japan, etc.) (principally in Japanese). • Entering data into the moving system. • Responding to customer calls, • Responding to WhatsApp messages (mainly in Japanese). • Other moving-related tasks.
Job Requirement
-Business level Japanese -Conversational level English -Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and team members. -Ability to perform duties calmly even under pressure. -PC skills (WORD, EXCEL).
