Job Description
- Conduct mold problem analysis using structured methodologies such as 4M, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis. - Identify root causes of non-conforming (NG) products related to mold issues, including flash, short shot, warpage, sink marks, burn marks, and other molding defects. - Perform comprehensive mold condition inspections, including cavity, core, parting line, venting system, cooling system, slider, and lifter components. - Coordinate closely with Production, QC, QA, Maintenance teams, and external customers to resolve technical issues effectively. - Prepare systematic analysis reports and provide corrective and preventive action recommendations. - Follow up on mold trials after corrective actions have been implemented to ensure effectiveness. - Maintain documentation of mold repair history and continuous improvement records. - Propose and implement improvement initiatives to prevent recurring mold-related problems. - Other tasks as assigned ___________________________________________________________________________ - Melakukan analisis masalah mold menggunakan metode terstruktur seperti 4M, 5 Why, dan Analisis Fishbone. - Mengidentifikasi akar penyebab produk non-conforming (NG) yang berkaitan dengan masalah mold, termasuk flash, short shot, warpage, sink mark, burn mark, dan defect molding lainnya. - Melakukan inspeksi menyeluruh terhadap kondisi mold, termasuk cavity, core, parting line, sistem venting, sistem cooling, slider, dan komponen lifter. - Berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan tim Produksi, QC, QA, Maintenance, serta customer eksternal untuk menyelesaikan masalah teknis secara efektif. - Menyusun laporan analisis secara sistematis serta memberikan rekomendasi tindakan korektif dan preventif. - Melakukan follow up terhadap trial mold setelah tindakan perbaikan diterapkan untuk memastikan efektivitasnya. - Memelihara dokumentasi riwayat perbaikan mold dan catatan continuous improvement. - Mengusulkan dan menerapkan inisiatif improvement untuk mencegah terulangnya masalah terkait mold. - Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. ・Conversational level of English ・Have 2 years of experience in Mold Part Engineering or injection molding environment. ・Competent in creating and interpreting 2D and 3D technical drawings. ・Able to set and adjust robot programs related to molding operations and capable of setting up and operating injection molding machines. ・Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to implement improvements in injection molding processes and able to operate and control machine temperature control systems. ・Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively across departments. ・Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. ___________________________________________________________________________ ・Lulusan Sarjana (S1) Teknik Indsutri atau jurusan terkait lainnya. ・Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris tingkat percakapan ・Memiliki 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Mold Part Engineering atau lingkungan kerja injection molding. ・Mampu membuat dan menerjemahkan gambar teknik 2D dan 3D. ・Mampu melakukan setting dan penyesuaian program robot yang berkaitan dengan operasional molding serta mampu melakukan setup dan pengoperasian mesin injection molding. ・Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting yang baik dan mampu melakukan improvement pada proses injection molding serta mampu mengoperasikan dan mengontrol sistem pengendalian temperatur mesin. ・Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis, problem solving yang baik, serta mampu bekerja sama lintas departemen. ・Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel dan Word.
