Job Description
- Formulate and implement Modern Trade strategies for sales promotions and activities. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate programs supporting sales. - Making guideline that will be used for MT Sales Team to implement each sales strategy. - Identify efficiency improvements within sales and operational processes. - Analyze raw sales data or any fact to support developing sales activity / KPI. - Prepare and deliver periodic reports to support work processes and decision-making. - Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes for the Modern Trade channel. - Negotiate and manage listings, promotions, and commercial terms with key Modern Trade accounts. - Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities within the Modern Trade landscape. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree. - Business English proficiency. - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor handling sales MT strategy for National and Area Channel for Hypermarket, Supermarket and Minimarket. - Own SIM A. - Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. - Proven leadership and project management abilities. - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
