Job Description
■Managing modern trade key account sales team to contribute in achieving company objective (sales, profitability) by developing and implementing sales strategy in Modern Trade Channel.
・Handle modern market as like Giant, Carefour, Hypermart, Alfamart, Indomart and local modern channel
・Analyse modern market wheter marketable or be in demand
・Business trip in Indonesia
・Invest in the places and then open various facilities which people visit, spend money and the investors end up gaining profit.
・Monitoring distributers weather they can distribute and collect money well.
・Making improving sales SOP for modern trading division
※Starting from Assistant Manager and will be promoted to manager
※Head office has 10 sales employee [Modern Trade; 8 / Traditional Trade 2]
Requirements
・Ability to speak English above conversational level
・Have strong negotiation skill and strong leadership
・Have good knowledge MT account customer management, have good relationship with buyer
・Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
・At least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales modern trade channel especially in food & beverages category as Key Account Manager
