Job Description
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve guitar sales targets. - Manage and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers. - Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, and market conditions. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events. - Coordinate product demonstrations and training for dealers and sales representatives. - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with related departments to ensure product availability. - Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market analysis for management review. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve product or sales-related issues promptly. - Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. - Support the development of sales materials, digital marketing content, and promotional tools for guitar products. - Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain brand standards. - Perform other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager. - Other duties as assigned.
