Job Description
- Ensure timely availability and stable supply of materials, goods, and supplies - Prepare and manage purchase orders based on business and operational requirements - Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, quality, and delivery schedules - Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and incoming goods to ensure accuracy and timely receipt - Handle issues related to shortages, excess quantities, damaged goods, and delivery discrepancies - Ensure invoices and purchasing documents are complete and submitted for payment - Maintain accurate purchasing, procurement, and goods arrival reports - Prepare and manage purchasing-related documentation - Select and coordinate with freight forwarders for efficient and cost-effective delivery - Inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and condition meet purchase order requirements - Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Diploma degree - Conversational English proficiency - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Garment manufacture - Strong understanding of merchandising strategies and effective product displays - Strong communication and teamwork skills with excellent attention to detail
