Job Description
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets - Analyze equipment and production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions - Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to resolve daily operational problems - Lead and support process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste - Evaluate manufacturing equipment and recommend modifications or upgrades to improve performance and reliability - Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine availability - Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and engineering documentation - Conduct technical analysis and prepare reports on production performance, equipment reliability, and process improvements - Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and production line improvement projects - Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standards - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other Engineering related from reputable University - High conversational English proficiency - At least 5 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer Supervisor strong in handling shop floor operations from Manufacture - Analytical, data oriented, great communication, great leadership
