Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution - Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and monitor adherence to plans - Supervise site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards - Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction - Ensure compliance with Indonesian construction regulations and company policies - Support tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement of materials and services - Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to achieve successful project delivery -Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Having a bachelor's degree - Over 10 years of field experience in Mechanical or Electrical construction - At least 5 years of field management experience in Mechanical or Electrical construction. - Having knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical construction - Having experience in AutoCAD - More than a high conversational level of English - Can use MS app (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in large Japanese company will be advantage
