Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and implement branding (online, offline, local campaign, activities) - Strengthen existing brands and establish new brands - Plan and execute demand creation activities and campaign (online & offline) - Plan and execute new product focused campaign - Plan and execute marketing activities collaborated with other brands - Set up KPI, report result, analysis and learning of each activity & campaign - Design, create and execute retailers POS to provide better experience to consumers - Share best practice of campaign to regional - Plan and execute Exhibition, roadshow, marketing event, retailers event, sponsored event for both tactical and branding - Create yearly strategy and plan for platform, and manage posting contents and schedule to increase followers and number of engagement - Manage KOL-Influencer-Product Reviewers to maximize the number of engagement - Manage PR (distribute media release to media and arrangement of media gathering - press conference at events) - Marketing budget management (plan yearly marketing budget and ensure to manage marketing budget spending by monitoring monthly basis - Agency management (PR, creative, media buying, social media-event) for best efficient strategy implementation - Ensure distributor understand marketing strategy and implement action based on the direction - Closely communicate with distributors to know distributors marketing activities with spend amount, and leverage the opportunity to have better output - Consumer insight (understand consumers behavior and trend, and apply something new to marketing activities) - Plan and implement marketing activities based on the analysis of customer database - Other responsibilities as needed <Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan - Merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan branding (online, offline, kampanye lokal, kegiatan) - Memperkuat merek yang sudah ada dan membangun merek baru - Merencanakan dan melaksanakan kegiatan dan kampanye penciptaan permintaan (online & offline) - Merencanakan dan melaksanakan kampanye yang berfokus pada produk baru - Merencanakan dan melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran yang berkolaborasi dengan merek lain - Mengatur KPI, melaporkan hasil, analisis dan pembelajaran dari setiap kegiatan & kampanye - Merancang, membuat dan mengeksekusi POS untuk memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik kepada konsumen - Tanggung jawab lain sesuai kebutuhan
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 10 years in Brand-Marketing in Consumer Electronics industry or Agency, as an Executive or Manager ・Experienced in doing end to end event planning, marketing & its budget management, branding management including strategy & campaign (targeting to Gen-Z market) ・Experienced in social media engagement (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) ・Willing to travel if needed (<10% per year) ・Good communication, proactive, out going, motivated, energetic, flexible & dynamic, up to date and able to work independently <Keterampilan / Pengalaman yang dibutuhkan > ・Gelar sarjana ・Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Bisnis ・Min. 10 tahun di bidang Pemasaran Merek di industri atau Agensi Elektronik Konsumen, sebagai Eksekutif atau Manajer Berpengalaman dalam melakukan perencanaan acara, pemasaran & manajemen anggarannya, manajemen branding termasuk strategi & kampanye (menargetkan pasar Gen-Z) Berpengalaman dalam keterlibatan media sosial (TikTok, Instagram, dll.) Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan (<10% per tahun) Komunikasi yang baik, proaktif, supel, termotivasi, energik, fleksibel & dinamis, up to date dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri
