Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company’s business plan - Handle route sales and new business development, particularly for clients in construction machinery industry (Jakarta area) - Proactively negotiate with customers, including price adjustments, new part proposals, and issue resolution - Visit customers regularly to build strong relationships and expand networks with key decision makers - Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and manage quotation processes to ensure conversion into orders - Secure orders for new mass production parts and expand existing business opportunities - Promote development of new customers and suppliers - Conduct market research, analyze customer needs and competitor activities, and prepare reports - Support business planning through data preparation, sales forecasting, and budget management - Manage master data, price revisions, inventory control, purchase orders, and delivery schedules - Monitor lead times and ensure smooth order fulfillment - Understand and manage SAP B-1 and WMS operations - Provide guidance and supervision to subordinates (Jakarta & Balikpapan, depending on level) - Accompany business trips domestically (e.g., Balikpapan) and overseas when required - Report sales activities and performance to management - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related major - Business level English - 3-7 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Trading or Machine Spare Parts industry - Able to use Ms. Office and SAP (esp. B1) - Experience managing subordinates - Stable career - Willing to do business trips
