Job Description

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new children for the daycare using social media campaigns, community outreach, word-of-mouth, special promotions
- Manage and operate social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as: Promotions and campaigns, advertising in community magazines (e.g., Lifenesia, twice per year), parent/community events to strengthen daycare branding.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for daycare services in Indonesia.
- Lead efforts in new daycare development projects, including property scouting, feasibility studies, and marketing analysis.
- Collect and analyze feedback from parents/customers to improve service quality and brand image.

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
・Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or business development (preferably in education, childcare, or service industry).
・Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SNS operations (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
・Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
・Good research and analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
・Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
