Job Description

- Proactively research and identify prospective customers within both the two-wheeler (R2) and four-wheeler (R4) markets
- Building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Analyze market needs and trends to uncover opportunities for introducing new parts or product lines that align with customer demand.
- Collaborate actively as part of the new model development team, contributing insights, feedback, and coordination to support successful product launches
- Plan, organize, and maintain a structured schedule of customer visits, ensuring regular engagement, relationship building, and follow-up activities with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and technical advancements
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Support the development of marketing materials and sales tools such as catalogs, datasheets, and application guides
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal engineering and production teams for product improvement and development

Job Requirement

- Minimum D3 degree from any major
- High conversational English proficiency (can communicate with expats)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as B2B Sales (maintaining and business development) in Japanese company, selling automotive parts to Automotive industry
- Bright personality, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
