Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives and target market. - Lead and manage end-to-end marketing activities, including PR, digital marketing, ATL, BTL, and customer experience initiatives. - Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. - Plan, allocate, and control the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns. - Manage external partners (agencies, media, vendors) and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution. - Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
