Job Description
- Manage sales activities with automotive manufacturers, including sales promotion and new project coordination. - Oversee project management processes from RFQ submission to mass production. - Handle market claims and ensure proper resolution in coordination with related departments. - Monitor production control, as well as import and export activities to ensure smooth operations. - Provide support for product certification and compliance requirements. - Conduct cost negotiations and pricing discussions with customers. - Support factory audits and manage registration of engineering or design changes. - Conduct market research activities, including dealer visits and motor show reporting. - Develop and implement logistics planning to ensure efficient product distribution. Prepare and submit periodic marketing and sales performance reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to Headquarters. - Provide updates on local market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making. - Act as the key liaison between local operations and HQ to ensure alignment of business objectives. - Develop annual sales budgets and execute monthly forecasting. - Monitor sales performance and prepare comprehensive performance reports. - Analyze results and recommend corrective actions to achieve business targets. - Manage and support relationships with exclusive distributors and Tier-1 customers. - Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time fulfillment. - Oversee inventory planning and stock management. - Prepare and submit customer quotations in a timely manner. - Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members to achieve optimal performance. - Establish clear performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Foster a results-driven and collaborative working environment - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related field ・Business level in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English ・Have 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in automotive manufacturing, trading from Japanese companies ・Have 3 years experience as Assistant Manager to Manager level with proven experience handling OEM customers or tier-1 automotive manufacturers ・Experience coordinating with global and regional HQ ・Have food communication, problem solving, attention to detail
