Job Description

*Advertising and Public Relations
-Production and Supervision of Printed Materials and Amenities:
Collaborate with design companies and other partners to comprehensively manage the creation of all materials used in stores.
-Event Planning for Seasonal and Promotional Campaigns:
Plan and execute events that serve as customer attraction strategies, aimed at increasing purchase volume per visit.
-Operation and Management of Social Media:
Work with partner companies to promote new store openings, product launches, and other key activities using social media platforms.
-Analysis and Response to Social Media Feedback and Praise (Instagram and Tiktok):
Analyze customer feedback, focusing on key messages, and respond appropriately where necessary.

*Marketing
-Marketing Analysis:
Analyze store locations and surroundings to identify cost-effective and impactful promotional strategies.
-Sales Data Analysis by Store:
Analyze product sales per store and provide strategic information to relevant internal departments.
-Finalization of Product Naming:
Primarily for local products, but also applicable to imported Japanese goods when names are difficult for local customers to understand.
-Determination of Store Brand Names:
Propose and finalize store names for new store openings.

Job Requirement

・More than 4 years of hands-on experience in advertising, publicity, and creative work -handling social media, especially Instagram and TikTok
・understanding and knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine
・Japanese language skill is advantage
・Have high-conversation English skill
・Willing to work as a team
