Job Description
- Achieve a minimum recruitment target of new students per quarter. - Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals. - Monitor recruitment pipeline and conversion rates from leads to registered students. - Manage and optimize advertising campaigns through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital channels. - Create and coordinate promotional content to increase brand awareness and student inquiries. - Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize lead generation. - Build and maintain relationships with vocational schools, high schools, universities, and educational institutions. - Initiate, negotiate, and manage MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) agreements with partner schools. - Organize school visits, seminars, and recruitment presentations. - Ensure all prospective students complete required application documents and registration requirements. - Monitor application progress and coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely submission. - Maintain accurate recruitment and application records. - Follow up prospective and registered students regarding registration fees and installment payments. - Coordinate with the finance team to monitor payment status. - Support students and parents by providing clear information regarding payment procedures. - Lead and supervise marketing staff and student recruitment activities. - Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports. - Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and enrollment results. - Other related tasks also assigned
Job Requirement
