Job Description
- Provide simultaneous interpretation (Japanese ⇄ Indonesian) during meetings, discussions, and business negotiations. - Support communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees across departments. - Interpret business-level discussions including operational, technical, and managerial topics. - Ensure message accuracy, tone, and intent are properly conveyed in both languages. - Translate business documents, reports, emails, SOPs, and presentation materials. - Assist in preparing bilingual meeting minutes and reports. - Handle documentation filing and ensure proper record keeping. - Support marketing and product coordination activities. - Assist Finance & Accounting communication with Japanese stakeholders. - Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external parties. - Provide general administrative support as required by management. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Japanese Literature or any related major ・Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2) and conversational English ・Have 2 years of experience as interpreter or secretary in Japanese companies with proven experience in business meeting interpretation and understanding of Japanese corporate communication style and etiquette ・Basic knowledge of administrative processes and document handling with high attention to detail accuracy and professional attitude and confidentiality awareness
