Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Finance Lease (B2B Financing) with corporate clients - Establish and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients - Provide tailored financing solutions that align with each client's specific business needs - Lead and oversee the marketing team to meet business and sales targets - Track team performance and assist in financing proposal development and negotiation processes - Formulate business strategies and manage relationships with key corporate accounts - Perform fundamental credit and financial assessments, including financing calculations and financial statement evaluations - Evaluate financing proposals prior to formal submission - Collaborate with Credit, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure seamless business operations - Review financing agreements before presenting them to clients - Monitor portfolio quality and follow up on overdue accounts in coordination with relevant departments - Compile and deliver regular business pipeline and sales performance reports
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Active Business level of English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Financing within the financing industry with strong B2B exposure ・Proven track record in managing corporate clients and performing financial statement analysis, combined with solid experience in B2B marketing within the financing industry ・Strong analytical skills in interpreting financial statements and understanding financing structures, with a solid understanding of financing concepts including down payment, tenor, and installment calculations ・Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
