Job Description
- Manage performance marketing (analytics ads) and creative marketing (content creation) activities - Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), including budget planning, audience targeting, performance monitoring, and reporting (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) - Design and produce marketing collaterals such as flyers, banners, posters, and vouchers for both online and offline campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement and execute marketing strategies - Support e-commerce activities, including product photography, online listings, and basic product preparation (training will be provided) - Perform any other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree graduate - Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N4 or above) and English - Min. 1 year of Marketing experience, with focus on Creative Marketing and good understanding of Performance Marketing - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects - Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and TikTok Ads
