Job Description
- Develop and execute end-to-end media strategies by planning, launching, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, as well as managing e-commerce advertising and Social Media Shop tools to achieve target ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR. - Drive e-commerce growth by owning channel performance for E-commers and Social Media Shop, including campaign planning, traffic acquisition initiatives, onsite merchandising coordination, conversion optimization, and promotional execution. - Monitor and analyze performance through daily and weekly dashboards, cohort and attribution analysis, and generate actionable insights, test learnings, and data-driven recommendations. - Lead creative and partnership initiatives by developing clear briefs for ad creatives, banners, video, and UGC, and collaborating with influencers, affiliates, and KOLs to scale campaign reach and effectiveness. - Manage marketing budgets and key stakeholders by allocating spend efficiently, conducting competitor and market analysis, and working closely with internal teams (brand, e-commerce operations, finance) and platform partners to maximize return on investment. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communication, or a related discipline. ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager or above with experience in digital marketing (e-commerce) and offline promotion for automotive, FMCG, lubricant industries ・Experience collaborating with influencers, affiliates, and platform representatives, including negotiation of media inventory, campaign programs, and value-added opportunities.
