Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify and review prospective project opportunities in the market. - Deliver technical sales assistance and consultation to clients. - Coordinate and communicate with main contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of assigned projects. - Develop and sustain strong client relationships. - Oversee and follow up on contract signings. - Plan, execute, and manage effective marketing campaigns. - Set marketing objectives aligned with market forecasts and business targets. - Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer demographics, pricing structures, competitor offerings, and other relevant data to develop strategic marketing plans. - Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・ Minimum Bachelor's degree ・ Min. Business Level English (able to communicate with foreigner) ・Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Business Development in Construction or EPC company and is used to coordinating with main contractors, sub-contractors, architects and consultants, professional engineers, and suppliers ・Excellent negotiation and communication skill
