・Responsible for organization design
・Responsible for Job analysis, Job description preparation, Recruitment & Selection, Training & people development
・Responsible for Career Development Plan, managing talent, managing change, performance appraisal, promotion
・Responsible for the implementation of basic value & basic beliefs of the employees for the company (STAR technique)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male/Female around 29 - 35
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in related field
・Have a minimum of 5 years of experiences in handling people development and recruitment as a leader
・He / she must have integrity in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
・Will be placed in Jakarta Head Office
・Excellent in Ms Office
・Conversational level of English for both oral & written
