Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible and accountable for monitoring the entire product development pipeline
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversees the processes for developing garments and products.
- Handles the sampling and initial cost management for development.
- Ensures that product execution aligns with the design aesthetic and meets commercially acceptable quality standards.
- Raises product issues to the platform team.
- Collaborates with vendors and the tech team to ensure VDA for lab dips and fits/sampling adjustments.
- Manages vendor relationships and conducts training for new vendor onboarding.
- Oversees the vendor loading capacity process.
- Tracks vendor performance and negotiates costs with vendors.
- Facilitates major claim settlements between customers and suppliers.
- Implements continuous improvement processes for programs within their scope.
- Leads, trains, and coaches the team to be customer-focused, innovative, fast, and team-oriented.
- Responsible for onboarding new vendors.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma’s degree
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing report to foreigner)
・Min. 2 years experience as merchandiser manager in garment industry for 10 years with direct factory production exposure, experienced in monitoring suppliers/vendors' performance, managing their training, and sourcing
