Job Description

- Develop, build, and maintain comprehensive financial models for power generation and energy infrastructure projects.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including project valuation, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessment.
- Evaluate project feasibility and profitability to support investment decisions and internal approvals.
- Update and refine financial models throughout the project lifecycle including development, financing, construction, and operation phases.
- Lead project finance arrangements for energy infrastructure projects, including debt and equity structuring.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and investors during financing processes.
- Prepare financial documentation required for project financing, including financial models, lender presentations, and investment memorandums.
- Support the financial closing process including lender due diligence, negotiations, and compliance with financing requirements.
- Lead financial and commercial discussions related to key project agreements such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), financing documentation, and other commercial contracts.
- Provide financial analysis and modelling support during negotiations with off-takers, partners, and financial institutions.
- Ensure financial assumptions are aligned with commercial agreements and project contracts.
- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies for new power and energy projects.
- Conduct market analysis, regulatory analysis, and financial feasibility studies for potential investment opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders including lenders, investors, advisors, regulators, and joint venture partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as legal, engineering, and project management to ensure alignment in project development.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and market participants within the energy sector.

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines
・Fluency in English
・Have 5 years of experience as Manager  and 7 years experience in financial modelling, project finance, investment analysis in energy, infrastructure or power generation industry
・Strong expertise in financial modelling, project finance structures, financial analysis, investment evaluation methodologies for project finance and infrastructure projects, 
・Familiarity with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), financing documentation, and infrastructure contracts.
・Understanding of energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and power sector economics.
・Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams and Strong negotiation and commercial understanding.
