Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the company’s management systems, including ISO standards, SOPs, and internal policies.
- Ensure all trading, warehouse, and logistics operations comply with established quality and compliance standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and both internal and external auditors.
- Coordinate audits, quality inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and update work procedures to ensure alignment with ISO requirements and company management systems.
- Prepare and present management system performance reports to the management team.
- Conduct employee training and awareness sessions related to management systems and compliance.
- Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, and relevant external institutions as required.
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Conversational English proficiency (proficient for daily use)
・Min. 6 years in QMS/QA or Management System Implementation and Auditing in trading company for logistics and warehouse operations environment, with experience in handling ISO 9001, 5S and other quality management frameworks especially in logistics and warehouse
・Willing to do audit on site
・Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills
